Locum Tenens opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide hospital-based anesthesia coverage in Winchester, Virginia.
This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call and no weekend requirements. The practice provides anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties, with a strong focus on EP, endoscopy, and orthopedic cases.
Highlights:

- Hospital-based anesthesia practice
- 1:4 care team model with anesthesiologist support
- Epic EMR
- EP, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, and limited OB
- No cardiac/heart cases
- May occasionally float to affiliated surgery centers
Job Responsibilities
Manage anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases
Provide anesthesia for EP, endoscopy, orthopedic, and other procedures
Perform spinal and epidural anesthesia as appropriate
Work collaboratively within a care team model
Support hospital and affiliated surgical center coverage as needed
Qualifications
Active or eligible Virginia CRNA license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
AHA certifications required
3–5 years of CRNA experience preferred
Proficiency with general anesthesia
Spinal and epidural experience preferred
Adult anesthesia experience
Working Hours
Typical hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Occasional shifts may be 1:00 PM–11:00 PM
No call
No weekend requirement
Holiday-period coverage may be requested
