Job description
Length of assignment: Open ended until hospital is fully staffed but looking at those that can commit to at least 6 months.
Schedule details: prefer M-F full coverage, 8's and then if on call it’s a 12 hour guaranteed shift
Shift types and hours: 8's 7a-3:30p or 10's 7a-5:30pm
Pay Rates: $250/hour
OT: $260/hour
Week night call will be at $400 to carry the pager - 2 hour min call back
Weekend call: $1800 to carry the pager for each 24 hours - 2 hour of gratis
Call Back: $260/hour

Cases (required vs ideal): Busy Level III trauma center offering about half of the cases being general or ortho, and the remaining cases ENT, Podiatry, OB and other adult specialty. Approx. 925 births annually. CRNA's have a great deal of autonomy here.
Support staff: Anesthesia department consists of 4 Anesthesiologists and 16 CRNA's when fully staffed. This is a Care Team model with a lot of autonomy for the CRNA's
Number of beds or ORs: 184 bed facility. 9 OR's
EMR: EPIC
Certifications required (BLS, PALS, ACLS, other): BLS, PALS, ACLS
