Position Overview
Practice at the top of your license with an exceptional work-life balance. HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking dedicated CRNAs to join our team at HCA Florida Lake City Hospital. Lake City is located approximately 60 miles from Jacksonville and 30 miles from Gainesville, Florida.
We are transitioning from an all-MD model to a collaborative Care Team Model rooted in mutual respect, collaboration, and clinical excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a low-acuity hospital environment featuring new GE machines, Pyxis dispensing, and MedAxion EHR.
Compensation, Incentives & Benefits
This is a premium, hospital-employed W2 position with no restrictive covenant and a comprehensive benefits package:
- Sign-On Options: Choose a $75,000 start-date bonus (3-year commitment) or $50,000 (2-year commitment).
- Time Off: 8 weeks of Paid Time Away from practice, effective on day one.
