WPA Medicine Staffing is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an ongoing locums assignment in Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA seeking a predictable weekday schedule with no call and no weekends in an independent practice model.

Assignment Highlights

• Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: 3–6 months, ongoing
• Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts
• Weekends: No weekends
• Call: No call
• Practice Model: Independent
• Credentialing: Temporary privileges available for clean files
• Cross-Credentialing: Required at two affiliated hospital locations
• EMR: Cerner
• New Graduates: Not accepted

Clinical Responsibilities

The CRNA will provide independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural cases. The majority of cases include:

• Endoscopy (ENDO)
• Orthopedics
• General Surgery
• OB — possible

Candidates must be comfortable working independently and performing their own blocks.

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced CRNA — no new graduates
• Ability to practice independently
• Must be proficient in performing own regional anesthesia blocks
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Must meet all applicable licensing, credentialing, and privileging requirements
