Medical Center Minnesota looking for CRNAs who want to practice real anesthesia in a place that actually feels like somewhere. This gorgeous area sits on a lake in the northwoods — it is remote, it is cold in November, and for the CRNA who wants to work in a well-supported care team with genuine autonomy while earning above-market pay, it is worth the trip.
The department has 4 anesthesiologists and 16 CRNAs at full staff. CRNAs are given a great deal of autonomy within the care team model. 9 ORs, 184-bed Level III trauma center, approximately 925 births annually. Case mix is roughly half general and ortho with ENT, podiatry, OB, and adult specialties filling the rest. November 2026 start. 6-month minimum, open-ended through mid-2027.
