Job description
Healthcare United is seeking a CRNA for an established anesthesia program in Ocala, FL.
Excellent opportunity offering $220K–$240K base, strong bonuses, 320+ hrs PTO, flexible scheduling and no traditional call. Both experienced CRNAs and new grads are welcome.
The anesthesia team includes 20 MDs + 32 APPs covering 2 hospitals with approximately 12K cases annually. Case mix includes General, GYN, ENT, Uro, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, CV, Neuro, Robotics + GI. No OB / No Peds.
Compensation & Benefits include:
• $220K–$240K base, DOE
• Start-date bonus available
• $15K–$20K annual retention bonus
• Up to $10K relocation
• 320–360 hrs PTO
• $3K CME/BERA annually
• 1.5x pay over 80 hrs biweekly

Job Responsibilities
• General, GYN, ENT, Uro, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, CV, Neuro, Robotics + GI
• Work within a collaborative MD/CRNA anesthesia team
• Participate in Trauma coverage if assigned
• Support SRNA training/mentoring as appropriate
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
• FL ARNP license/eligible
• New grads welcome
• ATLS only if assigned to Trauma
• Strong clinical + communication skills
• No visa sponsorship
Working Hours
• 80 hrs biweekly for FT
• Flexible QGenda self-scheduling
• 8, 10, 12 & 16-hr OR shifts
• 24-hr Trauma shifts available
• No traditional call
• 1 weekend shift/month
• Only 4–5 3 PM–11 PM shifts/year
• No call after 11 PM
