Job description Cone Health Float Pool is seeking a full-time CRNA for a 6-month contract beginning November 16, 2026, primarily based at Moses Cone Hospital with float requirements to other Cone Health locations. 20 ORs covering general, ortho, GYN, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, and neuro, plus 5 NORA locations including IR, EP, endo, and MRI. Hearts and vascular are preferred skills but not required at Cone specifically. $235/hr, 60+ cases per day facility volume, Epic EMR, Drager machines, Philips monitoring.

Job Responsibilities

5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, must be flexible with no guaranteed consecutive days. Monday and Friday shifts high priority. 4-5 shifts per month medical direction coverage at Moses Cone. Must be able to float across the health system. All ages, high-volume general anesthesia practice.

Qualifications

Board certified CRNA. Active North Carolina license required in hand at presentation — no licensing assistance available. Minimum 1-2 years experience, no new graduates. ACLS and PALS required. Credentialing 60-90 days.

Working Hours

5x8-hour shifts, 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday with 30-minute unpaid lunch. 6-month contract, November 16, 2026 through May 16, 2027. $224/hr. OT at 1.5x after shift worked, not guaranteed and can be cancelled. Holiday at 1.5x for 6 major holidays.
