CRNA Locum job in Lebanon MO

Position: Locum Tenens CRNA (Full-Time Coverage)

Location: Lebanon, Rolla, and Mountain View, MO

EMR: Epic

Start Date: ASAP – February 1, 2027 (Ongoing need until permanent hires are secured)

Credentialing Timeline: ~90 Days

Schedule & Shift Breakdown

• Scheduled Clinical Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Call Frequency: 1 weekday call shift per week + 1 weekend call rotation per month
• Call Windows (Location 2 Location Only):
  • Weekday Call: 3:00 PM / 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Next morning)
  • 24-Hour Call Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
  • Weekend Call Block: Friday 3:00 PM continuous through Monday 7:00 AM

Multi-Site Clinical Environment & Case Load

• Location 1(Outpatient Surgery Center — No Call Requirements):
  • Mon/Wed/Fri: General Surgery
  • Friday: Podiatry
  • 2nd & 4th Thursdays: ENT
• Location 2 (Hospital — 24/7 Call Coverage for General Surgery & OB):
  • Monday: 1 General Surgery OR + 1 Endoscopy
  • Tuesday: 1 OB OR + 1 General Surgery OR
  • Wednesday: 2 Endoscopy Rooms
  • Thursday: 2 Cataract Rooms + 1 Endoscopy Room
  • Friday: 1 General Surgery OR + Add-ons
• Location Logistics: Primary shifts split between Lebanon and Rolla (with potential float between both sites on the same day if required).

Clinical Scope & Procedures

• Required Procedures: General Anesthesia, Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC), Outpatient Procedures
• Preferred Skills: Epidurals, Regional Nerve Blocks, Central Line Placements
• Excluded Procedures: NO Neuro, NO Cardiac

Qualifications & Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) CRNA
• Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
