CRNA Locum Tenens Opening – Wisconsin
Position Overview
We are seeking CRNA locum tenens coverage in Wisconsin for a busy hospital-based practice. The position follows a medical supervision model with a collaborative anesthesia team consisting of 6 physicians and 15 CRNAs.
Job Responsibilities
General, Cardiac (NOT mandatory but can be offered) (206 open hearts), Dermatology, ENT, GI, GYN, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Plastics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Thoracic, Radiology, Urology, Vascular, OB (1,080)
Cases are performed with CRNA coverage during the day and while on call. It is possible that an anesthesiologist may personally perform anesthesia for portions of certain cases.
Qualifications
EMR: Please indicate whether you have experience with EPIC
Working Hours
CRNAs will have a combination of 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts with overnight beeper call, and late shifts.
8-hour shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
12-hour shift + weeknight beeper call: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, followed by beeper call from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Late shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Clinicians will have at least one weekday call consisting of a 12-hour clinical shift plus beeper call from 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM.
Clinicians will also be scheduled for at least one late shift.
Remaining scheduled dates will generally be 8-hour shifts.
If working a weekend call assignment, clinicians will cover Friday, Saturday, and Sunday call.
Some call participation is required.
