Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a locum tenens opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center in Lexington, KY. All travel/lodging is covered for this position.
Position Highlights:
• Full-time 4x10 schedule
• Monday–Friday coverage
• No call
• 13-week assignment with extension potential
• Open to Kentucky licensing
• Academic hospital setting
Clinical Environment:
This opportunity provides exposure to a broad surgical case mix including:
• Orthopedics
• Trauma
• Vascular
• Neuro
• NORA procedures
CRNAs will work within a medically directed anesthesia model alongside anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and other CRNAs.
Requirements:
• NBCRNA certification required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Recent large medical center experience required
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
• No new graduates
• Experience with intubation, arterial lines, central lines, and line placement
Additional Information:
• EPIC preferred
• No cardiac cases
• No OB
• Temporary privileges may be available
• Credentialing approximately 90 days
