We are looking for an experienced CRNA for a full-time locums opportunity at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Kentucky!
💰 TOP PAY RATES
💵 $1,500/week stipend
📅 Full-time locums | 4x10s
⏰ 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
📄 6-month coverage need
🗓️ Flexible start date – target 9/21/2026
🔄 Initial 13-week contract with options to extend
Case Mix:
• Ortho
• Trauma
• Vascular
• Neuro
• NORA required
• No Hearts | No OB | No Neonatal
Practice Details:
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• Medically directed CRNA model, typically 2:1 or 3:1
• Support from anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs & CRNAs
• Approximately 1–9 patients/day
• EPIC preferred
• Skills include intubation, central lines, arterial lines & line placement
Requirements:
✅ NBCRNA Board Certified
✅ Recent Level 1 Trauma experience REQUIRED
✅ Recent large medical center experience
✅ Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience – no new grads
✅ Kentucky license required – open to licensing
