This orthopedic-focused CRNA opportunity is an excellent fit for providers living in South or Central New Jersey who want a predictable weekday schedule without relocating. The role follows a four 10-hour weekday shift structure, with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, making it ideal for those prioritizing balance and consistency.
Position highlights include:
• Four 10-hour weekday shifts
• No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
• Primary focus on orthopedic cases
• Competitive compensation with an $80,000 bonus
• Six weeks of PTO plus full benefits
• CME allowance, retirement contributions, and paid malpractice
Many providers commute from areas such as Camden County, Gloucester County, Burlington County, and Cherry Hill, benefiting from direct highway access into the western Philadelphia suburbs. Outside of work, the region offers established neighborhoods, top school districts, outdoor parks, and convenient access to both Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore.
