Anesthesia Coverage Needs: Shift: 4x10 or 5x8 weekly. No weekend. No call.

Cross credential: NA
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days (If provider has Baylor privileges we can expedite)
Desired start: 10/1/26
Length of contract: 3 months with possibility to extend
