We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum opportunity at an Acute Care Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This position offers flexible scheduling with 12-hour, 14-hour, and 16-hour shifts, making it ideal for both full-time and part-time providers (minimum 2 days per week). Join a collaborative anesthesia team delivering exceptional patient care in a high-acuity hospital environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations.
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period to ensure safe anesthesia care.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff.
• Respond appropriately to intraoperative changes and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow evidence-based anesthesia practices and patient safety protocols.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care.
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania CRNA License or Compact License required.
• Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience required.
• Candidates will be screened for any 5-year employment gap with AHN.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Working Hours
• Flexible 12-hour, 14-hour, or 16-hour shifts.
• Start date: Upon completion of credentialing.
