## Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opening | Novi, MI Located in Novi, Michigan Full-Time, Permanent ## Practice Overview * Full-time CRNA opportunity in Novi, Michigan * Join a collaborative hospital-based anesthesia team providing comprehensive inpatient anesthesia services * Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures * Provide anesthesia care for patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations across all ASA classifications * Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans * Deliver intraoperative anesthesia management and oversee post-anesthesia recovery * Provide airway management services and respond to anesthesia-related emergencies throughout the hospital * Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation and patient management * Enjoy a self-scheduling model with flexible 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts * Participate in rotating weekend and on-call coverage as part of the department schedule * Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams * Experienced CRNAs only; new graduates are not being considered * H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available ## Compensation & Recruitment Package * Competitive compensation based on experience * $40,000 sign-on bonus * Visa sponsorship available for eligible H-1B and J-1 candidates * Interview expenses covered, including airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursement ## Job Qualifications * Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) * Active Michigan RN license required at the time of presentation * NBCRNA certification * BLS and ACLS certifications * DEA and CSR/CDS registration required prior to start * Clean malpractice and licensure history required * Previous CRNA experience required; new graduates are not eligible * Willingness to participate in rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and on-call responsibilities ## Benefits * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement plan * Paid time off * Employer-paid malpractice coverage * Comprehensive employee benefits package * Flexible self-scheduling model * Stable employment with a large integrated health system ## Community Details Novi is one of Metro Detroit's most desirable communities, known for its excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, and outstanding quality of life.
