• $40,000 retirement contribution annually
• 6–7 weeks PTO
• 100% paid Healthcare, also offering dental, vision, life
• $4,500 HSA + $2,500 CME
• Monday–Friday only; 7a–3p with early-out on light days
• No call, holidays, weekends, or overnight work
• General, urology, ortho, GYN, robotics, light OB
