This autonomous CRNA role is built for independence and career development, and it’s especially attractive for new graduates. The employer offers a $75K sign-on bonus plus a student stipend of up to $43K while in school, helping providers transition smoothly into practice.
Average earnings reach $280K–$300K, through optional extra work. CRNAs here work 3-day weeks with 12-hour weekday shifts, no required call, and the ability to moonlight for additional case types like trauma, OB, and neuro at nearby facilities. Benefits include retirement/profit sharing PSLF eligibility, student loan assistance, full health coverage from day one, and 2 months of time off annually.
