Job description
- Start: September 1
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Call: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Call required every night and weekend while on assignment
- Primarily OB call
- Call response time: 20 minutes
Practice Setting:
- Hospital
- All-CRNA practice
- 2 ORs
- 1 Endoscopy room
- EMR: Meditech / Paper charting
- 1 CRNA on during the day
Case Mix:
- Endoscopy
- Ophthalmology
- OB/GYN
- General Surgery
- Trauma
- Neonatal
Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active state license
- DEA and CSR required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Proficient with spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
- Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Credentialing:
- 45–60 days
- Temporary privileges available with a clean background, malpractice history, and active unrestricted license
