- Shift: On-call (Night shifts 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, plus day beeper call Sat & Sun)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide anesthesia care during scheduled procedures in various settings
- Respond to on-call emergencies with prompt availability
- Cover night shifts and weekend on-call duties, including long weekends in Fredericksburg
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services
- Participate in staff meetings and quality assurance activities
What You Need:
- Current state license as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
- Prior anesthesia experience preferred but not required for PRN work
