Description of OR Staff: Collaborative
Number of Operating Rooms: 9 Main OR, 5 Endo
Practice Setting (Pain Management Clinic/Surgical Center/Hospital Based): Main OR Endoscopy
Procedures Required:
General Surgical Cases ADULT, General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, IV Regional Anesthesia
Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases
Shift(s) Description:
8 hours guarantee/ 32hrs a week guaranteed
Compensation on 1099:
$235/hr. + Travel, Lodging and Med-mal with unlimited tail coverage.
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified (AANA) - Required
- ACLS, BLS - Required
- Active state License in MA/ willing to obtain - Required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience (Accepting New Grads) - Highly preferred
- A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. - Required
