Anesthesia Coverage Needs: Monday - Thursday 7a-5p
Friday: 7a-3p Call Details: *Call is Optional* weekday call 3p-7a, 1 weekday call per week, 1 weekend per month (24 weekend call)

Credentialing timeline: 30 days
Supervision Model
CAse Types: General, GI, OB, Endo, Cardioversions, Cath Lab, Epidurals
Qualifications:
· Board Certification: CRNA
· License required: yes
· DEA: No
· CSR: yes
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
· Minimum experience required: 1 year min.
Compensation & Benefits
Locals Preferred
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage
Annual Profit sharing
Weekly direct deposit
Dedicated account manage Credentialing coordinator will facilitate credentialing
Contract Term:
6 months with extension option
