CRNA - 300k Base, 100k Signing/Student Support, No Call

Compensation:

• Base salary: $300, 000 guaranteed (W2, hospital-employed, 40 hrs)
• Total compensation potential: $300K–$600K+
• Signing bonus/student support: $100K, structured over 1–5 years
• PTO: 368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays)
• Annual skill stipends: $5K per skill (pediatrics, obstetrics, regional blocks)
• CME & board certification allowance: $4K annually
• Overtime callback rate: $225/hour
• Call pay: $250/night, $1, 200/weekend day
• Vacation payout up to 80 hours at hourly rate
• 403(b) retirement with 4% employer match starting year two
