$283,250 for all CRNAs/CAAs, regardless of experience.
Michigan Health System (Level I Trauma) – Call Structure
No in-house call for APPs.
Beeper call only, ending at 11pm.
Physicians cover all overnight call.
Two APPs scheduled daily to hold the beeper.
Likely first call / second call system (not finalized).
If an APP chooses to stay onsite until 11pm, they still receive:
Beeper stipend
Callback pay
Weekend Call
12-hour shifts (7a–7p).
$400 stipend for 12-hour beeper call.
2–3 APPs scheduled (first, second, third call).
Must remain within 30 minutes of the hospital.
Primary site assigned based on preference.
Sign-On Bonus
$100,000 for a 3-year commitment.
Standard payout: within 30 days of start date.
Possible (not advertised):
50% at signing / 50% at start for special cases.
CALLBACK PAY
2-hour minimum for any call-in.
If work exceeds 4 hours → 4-hour guarantee.
