- Cases include: general, ortho, neuro, uro, vascular, cardiac, basic peds, and regionals.
Compensation & Incentives
W-2 Employment
- Base Compensation: $343,200 annually ($195/hour)
- 176 Annual Shift Requirement; 44 weeks
1099 Independent Contractor
- Base Compensation: $378,000 annually ($225/hour)
- 168 Annual Shift Requirement; 42 weeks
Sign On Incentives
- Up to $168,000 Sign On Incentives including:
- $25,000 Sign On Bonus
- Up to $90,000 Loan Forgiveness
- Up to $48,000 Student Stipend ($2K/mo for up to 24 months)
- Up to $5,000 Moving Expenses
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Active Indiana CRNA license required
