Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8- or 10-hour shifts
- Friday: Emergent cases only (primarily C-sections)
Call Required: Yes - Overnight PM call: 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend and evening call shared among providers
Clinical Details
- Setting: Two Hospital Facilities (20 minutes apart; providers must float between both)
- Practice Model:
- Faribault: Independent/unsupervised CRNA practice
- Owatonna: Supervised practice
- Patient Population: Adult & Pediatric
- Case Mix: General anes and OB (including emergent C-sections)
- Required Skills: Strong OB experience, Pediatrics, ENT, Epidurals, Spinals, Peripheral Blocks, TAP Blocks, and VBAC/TOLAC management
Requirements
- Must be comfortable practicing independently in an unsupervised model
- Strong OB experience required
- VBAC/TOLAC experience required
- Epidural and TAP block experience required for call coverage
Additional Details
- Full-time availability strongly preferred (2 weeks/month will be considered)
