Start Date: 07/06/2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (option to extend)
Schedule: Full-Time, 5x8-hour shifts per week (may include weekends)
- Shift starts at 7:00 AM
- First cases begin at 7:30 AM
Call Required: Not specified
Clinical Details
- Setting: Multiple Hospital & Surg Center Locations
- Supervision Model: Medical Direction
- Patient Population: Varies by facility
- Case Volume: Approximately 1–12 cases per day depending on assignment location
- Skills Required: Spinal anes placement (especially at Wildwood Orthopedic & Spine Hospital)
- Additional Procedures: No other specialized procedures required
- Support Staff: Surg aides available
Practice Locations
Providers will be credentialed for all metro-area facilities, including:
- Toledo Hospital
- Flower Hospital
- Wildwood Orthopedic & Spine Hospital
- Bay Park Hospital
- ProMedica Genito Urinary Surg Center
Orientation will begin at Toledo Hospital, but providers may be scheduled at any of the above locations.
