We're seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum assignment in a hospital-based setting (Northeastern region - Minnesota, MN) with a mix of surgical cases. The schedule is primarily focused on planned clinical coverage, with optional call opportunities.
This long-term assignment offers consistent scheduling, Epic EMR, and the opportunity to work in a high-acuity, team-oriented environment. Pediatric-trained CRNAs are especially encouraged to apply.
Practice Highlights:
- Level II Trauma Center
- 15 Operating Rooms
- 4 Endoscopy Suites
- Supervised anesthesia care model
- Average patient volume: 4–5 patients per shift
- Dedicated RN support
- Epic EMR
Case Mix & Clinical Responsibilities:
CRNAs will provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of cases, including:
Required Experience:
- General Anesthesia
- Adult Anesthesia
- Pediatric Anesthesia
- Trauma Cases
- Spinal Anesthesia
- Epidural Anesthesia
- Regional Anesthesia
- Obstetrical Cases
- Neurosurgical Cases
- Head & Spine Procedures
- Thoracic Cases (non-open heart)
- Complex Vascular Cases (non-open heart)
- Complex Orthopedic Cases
- Ventilation Management
- Acute Hemodynamic Management
- Central Line Placement
- Arterial Line Placement
- PA Catheter Placement
Surgical Specialties Supported:

Schedule & Call:
- Scheduled clinical hours only
- No admissions required
- No rounding responsibilities
- No APP supervision required
- Call availability is beneficial but not mandatory
Requirements:
Certifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active NBCRNA Certification
- BLS – Required
- ACLS – Required
- PALS – Required
Licensure
- Active Minnesota License / IMLC: None
