- Shift(s) Description: 8 hours/ 32hrs a week
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 3-5 Main OR, 12-15 Endo
- Trauma Level/Designation: 3
- Number of Operating Rooms: 9 Main OR, 5 Endo
- Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, IV Regional Anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural, Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases
- EMR; Meditech
- Certifications: BC, MA license, BLS, ACLS
- 2 years experience required
- 90 day credentialing
