CRNA – Flexible Hospital Coverage – New Jersey

We are seeking Board Certified CRNAs for an ongoing locum opportunity in New Jersey. Flexible scheduling is available with a variety of shift lengths and coverage across multiple procedural areas.

Assignment Details

• Ongoing coverage needed
• 2–5 days per week
• Flexible scheduling options
• Fast credentialing available

Schedule

Multiple shifts available including:

• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Practice Setting

• Acute Care Hospital
• Epic EMR
• Hospital-based anesthesia practice

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia coverage for:

• Operating Rooms
• Cath Lab
• Endoscopy Suites
• Obstetrics
• Interventional Radiology

Procedures

• General Anesthesia
• Spinal Anesthesia
• Epidurals
• Regional Anesthesia (preferred but not required)

Coverage Model

• Physician-supervised CRNA practice
• Anesthesiologists available for supervision and medical direction
• Established anesthesia team and support staff

Patient Population

• Broad surgical patient population
• Orthopedic trauma exposure primarily involving hip fracture cases

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Board Certification required
• Active state licensure required
• Comfortable practicing in a supervised anesthesia model

Credentialing

• Emergency privileges available
• Expedited credentialing possible
• Privileges may be granted within approximately 2 weeks for qualified candidates
