Contract Details
- Location: Toledo, OH
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 15:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: CRNA
- License Required: OH
- Are blocks, a-lines epidurals, spinals required? Yes they like them to be able to place spinals
- Any additional specialized procedures required? No
- Support Staff: Surgery aides
- Patient Population/Age: Varies
- Case Volume: It could be anywhere from 1 case in a day to 12 cases a day
