Locum Tenens CRNA Opportunity – North Carolina

A healthcare organization in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens assignment in a hospital setting.

Position Details

• Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
• No Call Required

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Full-time and part-time candidates will be considered
• Part-time providers able to work 2 weeks per month or 2 shifts per week are encouraged to apply

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based anesthesia practice
• Medical direction model
• Approximately 60+ cases per day across the department
• Patient population includes all ages
• EMR: Epic

Case Mix

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Gynecology
• ENT/Ophthalmology
• Vascular Surgery
• Thoracic Surgery
• Neurosurgery
• Trauma
• Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA) locations including IR, EP, Endoscopy, and MRI

Preferred Experience

• Vascular anesthesia
• Neurosurgical anesthesia
• Pediatric anesthesia

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active North Carolina license required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of CRNA experience
• No new graduates
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Must be willing to float between assigned locations as needed

Additional Information

• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 60–90 days
• One provider needed
