Located in Mason City, IA - Des Moines 2h; Minneapolis 2h
Full-time; Employed
Overview:
* Join an established anesthesia team of 5 CRNAs and 4 Anesthesiologists
* Excellent work-life balance with a 1:8 call rotation, post-call day off, at-home call, and only one holiday call annually
* New graduates encouraged to apply with mentorship available from experienced CRNAs
* Strong physician support before, during, and after procedures
* Opportunity to teach SRNAs
* Team-oriented, collaborative work environment
* Broad case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Spine, OB, Bariatrics, GI, and Cardiac cases
* Team-based anesthesia model with opportunities to administer regional anesthesia, general anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
* Perform all case types except transplants
* Extra compensation available for additional work

* Base salary up to $286,700
* $90,000 bonus package
