- Location: Moline, IL
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (12 Hours) 7:00 - 19:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: NBCRNA
- License Required: IL
- Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Special Procedures: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
- Types of Cases Required: PEDs, General, Ortho, URO, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry , CARDIAC, ENDO and VAS
