Seeking two full-time CRNAs to join a collaborative anesthesia team in Midland, Michigan. This ongoing locum opportunity offers a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, and the potential for extension beyond the initial assignment.
Providers will work within a team-based anesthesia model alongside supervising anesthesiologists while supporting both inpatient and outpatient surgical services. Full-time availability is strongly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
• Deliver care across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Administer and monitor anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical procedures
• Perform spinals, epidurals, arterial lines, and central/venous catheter placement
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and procedural teams
• Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation
• Participate in occasional call coverage if desired
Case Mix Includes:
• Endoscopy
• General Surgery
• OB/GYN
• Orthopedics
• Pain Management
• Urology
• Vascular
• Thoracic
• Healthy Pediatrics
Qualifications
• Active Michigan CRNA License required
• Minimum one year of CRNA experience
• Master's Degree required
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• Current AHA PALS certification
• Experience with spinals, epidurals, arterial lines, and venous catheters required
• Ability to provide case logs demonstrating at least 75 anesthetic cases within the previous 12 months
• English proficiency required
Working Hours
• Ongoing assignment with extension potential
• Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
• Schedule varies based on department needs and provider availability
• Optional call opportunities available
