· Skills Required: Pediatric, Neuro, General, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Adult General, GYN, CV, vascular, Neurospine, podiatry, GI, Plastics, Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology. Labor Epidurals and SAB for c sections
Practice Setting:
• Hospital - Yes
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Requirted Active TX License
· Certifications Preferred: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
