HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its thriving and highly collaborative anesthesia team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your license within a hospital-employed model supported by strong clinical leadership and a cohesive team environment. Located on Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast, Bayonet Point Hospital is the region’s only Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
Position Highlights
- Join a team of 10 Anesthesiologists (7 General and 3 Cardiac) and 22 CRNAs
- Coverage across 13 sites of service including the EP Lab, Cath Lab, and Endoscopy
- Approximately 12,000 annual cases
- Broad and diverse case mix including:
- General Surgery
- Trauma
- Cardiac
- Orthopedics
- Neuro and Spine
- Vascular
- Bariatrics
- Robotics
- Endoscopy
- No Obstetrics and No Pediatrics
- Flexible shift options including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- One weekend day shift every 4–6 weeks, which may count toward regular scheduled hours or be picked up at premium pay
- Opportunity to perform peripheral nerve blocks, arterial and central lines, and airway management with demonstrated competency
