We are hiring CRNAs for a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center in Lexington, KY. Great schedule flexibility with strong support and diverse case mix.
Highlights
- Pay: $230–$250/hr
- Start: August 17, 2026 (flexible after Aug)
- Schedule: 4x10s (7:00a–5:30p)
- No Call Required
- Minimum Commitment: 2 weeks/month
- Contract Length: 13–26 weeks (extension options)
Position Details
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
- Cases: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Cardiac, No OB)
- Volume: 1–9 cases/day
- Patient Population: All ages (no neonatal)
- EMR: EPIC
- CRNAs medically directed by anesthesiologists
Procedures
- Intubation
- Central & arterial lines
- Line placement
- Minimal block work
Requirements
- NBCRNA Certified
- Minimum 1 year experience (no new grads)
- Recent large medical center experience required
- Level 1 trauma experience REQUIRED
- KY license (or willing to obtain)
Additional Notes
- Strong team structure with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and residents
- Must be comfortable working in NORA settings
