- Start as soon as credentialed- ongoing need
- Shift times: 7:00am - 3:00pm (M-F) 11 providers, 3:00pm - 5:00pm (M-F) 4 providers, 5:00pm - 7:00pm (M-F) 2 (3 on Tuesdays) providers
- Inpatient: 1604
- Outpatient: 4191
- Need CRNAs who are comfortable with PEDS, trauma, and flexible to work on Fridays and Mondays
- No call coverage needed
- Must be willing to work 18, 10, 12 hour shifts
- Types of cases: Bariatric, Gen Surg, Neuro, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, Peds
- 10 ORs
- Epic EMR
- Certifications: BC required
