CRNA Opportunity –$280K + Incentives
Join a well-established anesthesia team serving a large multi-county area in Nebraska. This independent CRNA opportunity offers a strong compensation package, excellent autonomy, and a supportive team environment.
Practice Highlights
- Collaborative anesthesia care team consisting of anesthesiologists and CRNAs. CRNA’s practice with a high level of autonomy- put your regional anesthesia skill set to use!
- New graduates welcome
Schedule
- 0700 cut time
- Paid overtime after scheduled shift
- Average 5 cases per day/provider
Case Mix
- General, ortho, OB/GYN, Endo, B& B, trauma, ENT, urology
Practice Details
- High level of CRNA autonomy
- CRNAs perform regional blocks, spinals, and epidurals
- Epic EMR
Surgical Volume
- 7 OR's with approximately 20-24 cases/day
Call
- CRNAs take primary call with anesthesiologist backup
- Approximately 7 call shifts/month (this includes weekend call from home)
- Additional compensation available for extra call coverage
- 30 minute response time
Compensation & Benefits
- $280,000 W-2
- Paid overtime
- 35 days PTO (vacation/CME/holidays)
- $3,700/year CME allowance
- Retirement match
- $100,000 loan repayment available
- Significant sign-on bonus potential through state-funded program
