CRNA – Locums | Lexington, KY
Start: 08/17/2026 (flexible after Aug.)
Duration: 26 weeks + extensions
- Acute Care / Level 1 Trauma Center
- Full-time highly preferred (willing to present the right candidate with 2-3 weeks availability)
- 4x10s | 7a–5:30p
- No call / No OT
- EMR: Epic
- NORA coverage required
- Credentialing ~90 days
Requirements:
- NBCRNA Certified
- Active KY license or willing to obtain
- 1+ year experience (no new grads)
- Recent large hospital & Level 1 trauma experience
- COVID & Flu vaccination required
Cases:
Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro
(No Cardiac / No OB / No Neonatal)
Skills:
Intubation, central lines, arterial lines, line placement
Practice Model:
- Medical direction model
- 2:1–4:1 supervision ratios
- Teaching hospital with residents
Travel:
Travel allowance possible
Additional:
- Strong preference for large medical center experience
- Consistent full-time availability HIGHLY preferred
