Contract Details
- Location: Winona, MN
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 15:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: Credentialing takes around 45 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: CRNA
- License Required: MN
- DEA: yes
- Skills required: Nerve blocks, OB, general anesthesia, spinals
- Case volume: Typically 3 to 5 cases per day depending on OR load
- Support Staff: 3 to 4 CRNAs on shift, plus 2 pediatric CRNAs on Fridays
- Patient Population/Age: Primarily adult and elderly, with light pediatrics (dental and laparoscopic)
