Description
We are seeking a CRNA for a high-acuity locum tenens assignment in Ocala, Florida. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a busy, multidisciplinary surgical environment with strong physician support and a diverse case mix.
📍 Location: Ocala, FL
📅 Credentialing: ~90 days
🕒 Schedule: Full-time (flexible shifts)
📞 Call: Required (in-house, including weekends)
Job Responsibilities
Work in a Level I Trauma Center with a teaching environment
Deliver care in a 15 OR facility
Practice within a 1:4 care team model (90% supervised cases)
Perform and assist with:
Regional blocks
Spinals
Arterial & central line placement
Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
Active Florida license
Out-of-state candidates only (must present out-of-state license at submission)
Trauma experience required
Clean background and malpractice history
Working Hours
Flexible shifts
In-house call rotation (including weekends)
Skills
Experience with trauma cases and advanced procedures
Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
