• We are seeking skilled CRNAs for a locum tenens opportunity in Ocala, FL at a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center.
• Work across two hospital sites with a collaborative anesthesia care team (ACT model).
• Exposure to a wide range of cases including cardiac, trauma, neuro, vascular, and robotics.
• Ideal for providers with strong procedural skills and flexibility for call rotation coverage.
• Teaching facility with a robust GME program and advanced clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform regional blocks, spinal anesthesia, and line placements (central & arterial)
• Participate in call rotation (weekday and weekend in-house call)
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams (90% supervised model, 1:4 ratio)
• Manage perioperative patient care and monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation using iProcedures EMR
Qualifications
• Active Florida License (Required)
• ACLS and BLS Certifications (Required)
• Trauma experience preferred
• Proficiency in regional blocks, spinals, and line placements
• Clean malpractice and background history
• Willingness to cross-credential at an additional facility
Working Hours
• Day Shifts primarily (13–14 hours typical)
• Call Rotation:
• Weekday Call: ~3:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Approx. 2 call shifts every 6 weeks
• Monday & Friday coverage highly preferred

• Experience in trauma and high-acuity cases
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques
• Ability to work in a team-based ACT model
• Excellent communication and adaptability
