Schedule
- 4x10-hour shifts per week
- Must be available to work 2 weeks per month minimum
Facility Overview
- Level I Trauma Center (Adult I–IV)
- Academic medical center environment
- Epic EMR
- Medically directed anesthesia model
- CRNAs typically supervised 2:1 to 3:1 (can vary up to 4:1 for low acuity)
- Strong resident involvement in OR workflow
Clinical Scope
- Ortho
- Trauma
- Vascular
- Neuro (no cardiac)
- General anesthesia cases across complex hospital service lines
- Mandatory participation in NORA (non-operating room anesthesia)
Exclusions:
- No OB
- No neonates
- Minimal/no block responsibility expected
