Schedule Model
- Preferred structure: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
- During “on” rotation:
- 4x10-hour shifts (OR open Monday–Thursday)
Facility Overview
- Critical access hospital
- Rural surgical + OB coverage model
- OR + pain management services
- Mixed inpatient/emergency coverage during call periods
Clinical Scope
- General anesthesia for surgical cases
- OB anesthesia coverage required
- Pain management / ESI injections preferred (if privileged)
- Intermittent procedures on non-OR days (Mon/Wed):
- ESI injections
- Pain management procedures
- Must be comfortable covering both surgery + OB
