Schedule
- Monday–Friday coverage with weekday call
- Weekday shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (day shift)
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (call coverage)
- Minimum expectation: ~2 weeks per month coverage (flexible)
Facility Overview
- Rural acute care hospital (49 beds)
- 4 core ORs + endoscopy suite + flex room + Da Vinci robot
- CRNA-only anesthesia model (no MD oversight)
- Avg. 3–5 cases/day depending on OR volume
Clinical Scope
- General surgery
- Orthopedics (total joints, spine, sports medicine)
- Plastics (cosmetic + reconstructive)
- Podiatry
- OB (35–50 C-sections annually)
- Ophthalmology (cataracts)
- Regional anesthesia: spinal, epidural, CSE, nerve blocks
- Light pediatrics (dental + select laparoscopic cases)
