CRNA Locums – Phoenix, AZ
Start: 4/27/2026 | Duration: 26 weeks (extension possible)
Type: Locum Tenens | Setting: Acute Care / Level I Trauma
Rate: (all-inclusive)
Need: 1 provider
Overview
- Scheduled hours only | No call
- Supervised CRNA model
- 12-hr shifts (days/nights/weekends required)
- 3–4 shifts/week (36+ hrs)
- Min. 4-week commitment
- Full credentialing required (no temp privileges)
Requirements
- Board Certified (within 5 years)
- AZ license (or willing to obtain)
- 1–2+ yrs recent hospital experience
- Strong high-risk OB experience REQUIRED
- Medicare eligible/enrolled
- Clean CV, no major malpractice/licensure issues
Clinical Scope
- Primary: High-risk OB
- OR coverage, pediatrics, neuro (head cases)
- Must float between OB & OR
- Skills: General anesthesia + OB proficiency
Schedule
- 7a–7p or 7p–7a
- 3–6 night shifts/month (or straight nights optional)
- Weekend coverage (min. 1/month)
Travel & Pay Notes
- No travel reimbursement
- Rate includes all expenses (no OT, call, holiday, or callback pay)
Credentialing Timeline
- AZ licensed: ~6 weeks
- IMLC: ~2 months
- Non-licensed: ~3 months
