Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an ongoing assignment at a fast-paced Level I Trauma center. This inpatient role offers a dynamic clinical environment with flexible scheduling options and a diverse case mix.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts
Schedule:
- Must be flexible to work a mix of:
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
Practice Setting:
- Inpatient hospital environment
- Level I Trauma center with high acuity and fast-paced workflow
Clinical Environment:
- Exposure to a wide variety of cases typical of a major trauma facility
- Collaborative anesthesia care team
- High-volume, high-acuity patient population
Requirements:
- Active state license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA required
- CSR required
- Ability to pass name clear process
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days

Job Responsibilities
Administration of general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
Airway management, including difficult airway scenarios
Pre-anesthesia assessment and post-anesthesia care
Trauma & High-Acuity Experience:
Ability to manage emergent and trauma cases in a Level I setting
Rapid decision-making in critical and unstable patient scenarios
Experience with a broad range of surgical specialties
Clinical Versatility:
Comfortable adapting to varied shift lengths and case types
Managing both routine and complex procedures efficiently
Strong pharmacologic knowledge of anesthetic agents
Qualifications
Active state license (or ability to obtain)
DEA required
CSR required
Ability to pass name clear process
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
Working Hours
5, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 - 17:00
Candidates need to be willing to do 8s,10s,12s as there is a mix of shifts available at the facility.
