Position Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
Start Date: August 2026
Duration: Ongoing (initial 4-month contract)
Rate: $250/hour
Aya Locums is seeking CRNAs for a locum tenens opportunity in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a flexible, long-term assignment in a high-acuity hospital setting with a strong support model.
Position Overview
- Flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
- Full-time preferred (40 hrs/week)
- Minimum 2 weeks/month commitment
- No required call (optional available)
- Orientation required (3 shifts)
Schedule
- Start time: 6:30 AM
- Shift options:
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Must complete 2 consecutive weeks/month initially
Practice Setting
- Tertiary care hospital
- Care Team Model (4:1)
- 24/7 anesthesia support
- EPIC EMR
Clinical Details
- Patient population: 12+
- High-acuity environment
- CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, or epidurals
Requirements
- NBCRNA required
- Active Minnesota license (open to licensing)
- ACLS & BLS required
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Must live 50+ miles from facility
