Assignment Overview:
- Schedule: Mix of days, nights, and weekends
- Shift Options:
- Days: 8s or 10s (10s preferred)
- Nights: 12-hour shifts (7p–7a)
- Minimum Commitment: 2 weeks/month (full-time strongly preferred)
- No Call Required
- Contract Length: 6 months with option to extend
- Credentialing: ~60 days
Sample Scheduling Options:
- Night Coverage (High Priority):
- Option 1: Monday–Thursday, 7p–7a
- Option 2: Friday–Sunday, 7p–7a
- Additional Coverage:
- Mix of 8s, 10s, and 12s
- At least one weekend per month for most providers
Practice Setting:
- Acute Care Hospital
- Medically supervised care team model
- Supporting:
- 7 ORs (main hospital)
- 4 ORs (surgi-center)
- 2 GI rooms, 1 bronchoscopy room, 1 cath lab
- Charting: Epic
Case Mix Includes:
- ENT, General Surgery, GI, GYN
- Orthopedics, OB, Urology, Vascular
- Healthy Pediatrics, Robotics
- Cardiac, Thoracic, Regional
Not Included: Complex vascular, neuro, spine
Requirements:
- Board Certified (NBCRNA)
- Active Washington License (or willingness to obtain)
- OB experience required
- Pediatrics experience preferred
- No new grads
Additional Notes:
- Medically supervised environment
- High-volume facility (40–45 cases/day across team)
- Pre-screen required with CRNA leadership
